This application aims to promote relaxation and self-regulation skills, particularly for children with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Asperger's Syndrome. It features a character called Moodzie, designed to facilitate calming activities and provide a structured timeout experience. The app can serve as a tool for children to self-monitor their calming routines or manage classroom transitions, as well as for adults seeking mindfulness exercises.

The user interface is straightforward: users select an activity to relax with, set a suitable duration, and initiate the timer by tapping a button.
